Carlos and Charles at ebike plus on Montreal Rd. Were very helpful in helping me choose a bicycle suitable for me. They also made sure that everything was secure. I was able to try it out at home and they never hesitated to answer my questions or adjust my bicycle so I could feel confident. After only two practices I felt confortable. I greatly appreciated their efficiency, patience and would recommend their store at 89 Montreal Rd. Ottawa, On.
