Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisI began my braces treatment with Dr. Ted Henike & Associates in October 2020. We initially agreed on an estimate of $5500 to $6500 for the entire treatment. I completed my payments as scheduled, but later had to adjust my payment plan with an additional four payments, totaling $1000 more. While this adjustment was understandable, issues began when Dr. Henike’s wife, Nikki, started working at the clinic's front desk in mid-2023. Due to communication issues, I missed several appointments. Nikki then informed me that the payments would continue until my treatment was complete. I had agreed to pay a specific amount and had I known that the total cost would exceed $9000, I would have never started my treatment with this clinic. Nikki's attitude was unprofessional; she belittled me and questioned my education while trying to explain the concept of an estimate. However, what they are attempting to charge goes far beyond what was initially estimated. Before choosing Dr. Ted Henike, I sought a second opinion at a different clinic and received a similar estimate. I chose Dr. Ted because
