Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisWildly unprofessional. They ruined a designer pillow case I tried to have dry cleaned. It was relatively new and came back with multiple rips and holes. They didn't call me to report that they ripped it, and actually had a piece of fabric sewn on the inside to somehow try to hide it, except 1) the fabric didn't cover the largest holes and b) my pillow case was white with yellow flowers on it, and the fabric they chose was red! So it showed through the white and made such a mess of it. I tried to talk to the owner and she was downright offensive. She didn't take responsibility or offer any type of compensation. Please don't make my mistake - go somewhere else (anywhere else!) where your items won't be ruined.
