Clean POV

The company looks professional when you asked the quote, but doesn’t do things in a professional way. The worst serivce I had and highest cost I paid for. Our small townhouse is about 1650 sqf. And tenants clean it very well before moved out. We want to Cleanpov do the “professional” clean and told the Ceo that we already did house clean. The Ceo, who is actually the only employee in the company, provided us quote 356.52 (include tax) for cleaning work from 2:15 pm to 6:50 pm. The service fee include “after hours” charges. The truth is she arrived around 2:15pm and left around 4:36pm. It looks no changes in the place where were clean already. But the dirty places were still dirty, such as the stair carpet at the entrance. I sent the photos to her, she said she didn’t do wet carpet clean. I asked why only work ~ 2.5 hours, but charge us for 4.5 hours work, and also charge us “after hours”. She has never replied me.
