General Electrocom (Gecom)

I am super excited about the service that I received to from General Electrocom from Normandy Cr in Ottawa. They repaired my Lg washing machine within 24 hours. I left them a voice message on the night of September 23/2020 and by7:45 a.m. Next morning I received a call. A technician was sent that day he diagnosed the problem and today September 24/2020 my washing machine is up and running. This is compared to me calling Capital Appliance repair on September 1/2020 and the technician diagnosed a faulty pump, took a week before they return and with the wrong pump only to find out that it was not the problem. I was given set appointment for the new pump which they cancelled for another week only to find out that the pump was not the problem. Next diagnosis from Capital Appliance was a drainpipe and would come by until September 28/2020. It turns out that would not have solved my problem until General Electrocom diagnosed that it is my main electronic power board was defective that's why the water wasn't draining.
