As a long time tenant, when Mr. McDonald and his staff were running the building it was safe and clean. Now with the new management team of Caroline and Doug, the building is cleaner, repairs are constantly being done, the cleaning staff are visible and neat. The management team are trustworthy and very helpful. The students placed on family floors are warned once if noise level disturbs other tenants. The past management teams screwed up by not repairing apartments or floors but this team are on presenting a cleaner building, property and friendly staff. I have moved after 25 years due to poor health.
