I recently purchased an entertainment unit with fireplace from the Ottawa Dufresne store and my sales associate (Barry Cox) and I were writing up the sales agreement when a manger approached to tell us the unit did not come with white glove installation. I am single and unable to construct furniture, so I said the sell was off. Mr. Cox to save the sale and allow me the fireplace I loved offered his and a friend’s service to install the unit once it was delivered. This young man is an asset to the Dufresne family and should go a long away. Don’t loose him.
