The homes at Wellings of Winchester look really great and when I went through the model I was really impressed so I put a $500 deposit on two of them. But because of serious medical issues I’ve been forced to cancel. Now even though they say they have a guaranteed deposit return policy they won’t return my two deposits. Phil Rankin ( the manager) just keeps stalling . It’s been months nobody gets back to me. So how can you deal with dishonest companies like this .
