I entered into a service agreement with Richard Simpson / On Your Side Disability for Cpp-D appeal representation. He unilaterally demanded more money, withdrew just before the hearing, and never refunded the fee or attempted to resolve the matter. Consumers should be cautious as this business does not honor its agreements
