My son's initial orthotic assessment, appointment was at the Clyde Avenue office on 14 October 2021, inquired re status of orthotics via email on 16 Nov and was advised I'd get a same day response, didn't get one, inquired again on 23 Nov and no response at all. Inquired again today as to whether the orthotics were ordered or claimed through Nhib (we're native) so that we can book an assessment elsewhere, as we can only claim one pair every two years. If there was a zero star rating, I'd give that. Highly disappointed that my son has to suffer due to their negligence.
