Supposed to have been a 2 day delivery for a small package from Amazon. Notified of possible delay. After about 10 days got phone msg that package was at 3330 Hawthorne Rd, ready for pick-up. This is a good 2 hour drive from where it was supposed be delivered. Tried calling. Couldn't get through or get return call. More than extremely poor customer service. Used Canpar in past. Prompt efficient and reliable not like Purolator.
