This company and its representative gained access to my home as a trusted tradesperson for a minor repair only to maliciously threaten to intentionally damage my plumbing system and leave it in a state where it would be unusable for a week. He was sure to repeat this threat several times. I have never seen such a lack of professionalism from a tradesperson as I saw from Alain Giroux and his company today. He came to my home to do a minor repair. After I asked him to clarify how long he planned on being there, he repeatedly threatened to intentionally render the plumbing system in my home unusable for at least a week. I demanded that he leave my home after uttering such an unambiguous threat to my property and my family. He would not leave. He did not leave until I told him many times he was trespassing, that I wanted him out of my house, and began shouting at him to leave. He finally left the house screaming at me. We were left with no water supply until the end of the day based on our well founded fear that he had intentionally damaged the plumbing system such that turning the water back on would cause water damage to the house. Beyond that he bizarrely entered my home without introducing himself; he was audibly swearing in my home around myself and my wife; and when I asked to be shown a piece of work he had completed, he began snidely laughing. He also bizarrely responded to a courteous enquiry about his well-being with a diatribe about his political opinions, his hatred for the Prime Minister, etc. Avoid at all costs.
