He is reasonable price-wise and fixed my vacuum cleaner in 1 day and it cost 1/2 of what he estimated it would cost. He found out I didn't need a part replaced but rather a little piece needed tweaking. I sat down and had a long chat with him and he's a decent human being, honest and professional. I wish I would have met him sooner.
