Gave permission to Len, the owner, to trouble shoot an over heating problem at low speeds. He said he'd first check the most inexpensive possibilities and get back to me. He never got back to me and charged me over $1200 for his time and it did not fix the problem. The Honda dealer new what the problem was right away. The proper fix was 15mins of labour and a $12 part. If the problem was what Len wrongly thought, he charged almost 3x the hours Honda allocates for the same job. Len refused any reasonable ways to work this out, either Len has major ethical problems or he charges his customers for his learning curve
